    Can someone explain . . .

. . . how to post a poll! I see the option at the bottom but every time I click on it, I'm not sure where to put in the poll options.

    Hey divegirl,

    - Go to "Thread Tools" in the light grey bar at the top of the thread you are starting.

    - Select "Add a Poll to this Thread". This brings up "Poll Setings".

    - Type the poll question in the box labelled "Poll Question".

    - Set the number of poll options/possible responses to the number you desire.

    - Type the actual poll options into the boxes for Option 1, Option 2, etc.

    - Set a "Poll Timeout" in days.

    Get you started?

Not seeing a "Thread Tools" option in Firefox or IE

I can't access a "Thread Tools" option in either the Firefox or IE displays of this board. Lots of options for inserting and editing tables but the only entry for polls in the Advanced compose I see is the checkbox for "Create a poll with this number of options". However when I check the box and enter a number into the following field, nothing changes -- there is only the standard box to type a message into.

Anyone managed to format a poll?
