I usually clamp the port between my knees front down, and turn the extension counter clockwise. It's really hard to get started, but like Carl said, a warm soak might help.

Great shot! They're hard to shoot anyways, let alone getting something like that. I don't pay alot of attention to contests because of some of thier picks, although your BTS shots are wonderful. :^)
